Delivery and return
Delivery of the sampling kit
After your order is confirmed, we deliver the PC-Alarm Focus sampling kit to the FoxPost locker you selected, typically within 1–3 business days.
FoxPost notifies you by email when the parcel is dispatched. The message contains the information needed to track the parcel. When the parcel arrives at the locker, you receive the pickup code by SMS or email.
You can pay the service fee by bank card when collecting the parcel. The delivery cost is included in the PC-Alarm Focus price.
Returning the sample
You can return the sample via a FoxPost locker, quickly and free of charge. The kit contains the safety bags needed for shipping and the pre-labelled envelope with a unique FoxPost parcel label.
At the FoxPost locker, choose the “Send parcel to a business partner” menu, then enter the following sending code: 144284866, or scan the QR code on the back of the parcel.
Important to know
The sending label is valid for 60 days; after that, the cost of return is borne by the customer.
Please return the sample to our laboratory as soon as possible.
